As Senior Director of Product Management at Stocktwits, the world's leading social network for investors and traders, I steered product strategy and execution for the trading + community platform, focusing on enhancing user experiences. Key projects included building advanced options trading within the platform and real-money trading competitions. This role involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products and features, significantly improving the platform's functionality and user engagement. My tenure at Stocktwits was marked by the successful integration of new trading solutions and the implementation of strategic marketing efforts.Prior to Stocktwits, I held a pivotal role at TradeStation as Director of Product Management, where I led the strategy and development of client-facing applications. My efforts were instrumental in revamping the product and design teams, culminating in substantial growth in user base and revenue. I pioneered a user-centric approach that resulted in creating new user personas and a complete redesign of web and mobile apps, significantly driving product-led growth. My tenure at TradeStation was characterized by a focus on aligning products with customer needs, thereby contributing to sustained business growth.In addition to my corporate roles, I serve as a Lead Instructor at BrainStation, imparting cutting-edge product management skills to aspiring professionals. This role allows me to share my extensive experience in Agile methodology, Lean product development, and user experience design. My teaching at BrainStation is a testament to my commitment to nurturing the next generation of product managers and leaders in the digital landscape.

I was initially introduced to the waves of the stock market amidst the New Jersey suburbs, tutored by my dad—a seasoned Wall Street pro. Shifting from NJ's brisk air to Miami's warm (sometimes too hot) shores, I furthered my education at the University of Miami and have never looked back.That foundational market knowledge had me trading professionally (thank you to the amazing team at T3 Trading Group) while still in college and set the course for an impactful stint with TradeStation, an OG in the Fintech space, even before the term gained popularity.While my professional adventures span leading roles at TradeStation and Stocktwits—navigating product roadmaps and leading stellar teams—my impact isn't confined to boardrooms. Back in High School, I initiated Kaiyapalooza, a fundraiser to help a young girl overcome the effects of cerebral palsy. Now, I serve on the board of FLIPANY, dedicated to providing equitable access to nutrition and health.Teaching is another passion of mine. I currently work with aspiring Product Managers at BrainStation's intensive Product Management Course. It's exhilarating to share the ropes—from Agile to crafting top-tier user experiences.Away from the digital world, if I'm not cheering on the Florida Panthers, there's a good chance I'm reminiscing about my days defending the hockey net—though my allegiance to the NJ Devils remains unwavering.Whether it's geeking out about innovative product strategies 🚀 , exchanging a few serves on the tennis court 🎾 , or planning the next boat day 🛥 , I'm always up for a chat!
